This Buddig corned beef cheese ball recipe is an easy make-ahead appetizer made with softened cream cheese, Buddig corned beef, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. It is creamy, salty, flavorful, and perfect with crackers.
The best part is that you can prepare it the night before, wrap it, and refrigerate it so the flavors have time to blend before serving.
Why You’ll Love This Corned Beef Cheese Ball
- It is easy to make ahead for parties.
- It uses just a few simple ingredients.
- It is great with crackers on an appetizer tray.
- The flavor gets better after chilling overnight.

Buddig Corned Beef Dip
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs cream cheese make sure its softened to use
- 2 pkgs Buddig corned beef
- 3 green onions
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Dice the corned beef and green onion, and I always use a mini food processor so the onions and beef come out perfectly for the cheese ball.
- Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer until thoroughly combined. That’s why it’s important to have the cream cheese softened.
- Once everything is mixed together, shape the mixture into a ball, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate overnight for the best seasoning.
- To serve, place the unwrapped ball in the center of a plate. I like to use Club Crackers, though any type of cracker can be substituted.
Serving Ideas
Serve this cheese ball with Club crackers, buttery crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables. It is great for holidays, game day, potlucks, and family gatherings.
