Sloppy Joe’s by: Linda Karen Soderberg Hodge
3 lbs ground beef
2 1/2 Cups of Heinz Ketchup
1 Medium onion ( I prefer a white onion )
1 to 2 packages of Milano Hamburger Buns ( 8 count each )
Brown ground beef, drain any grease from the cooked ground beef and set aside. Saute onions then add cooked ground beef to the onions. Stir in Heinz Ketchup until well mixed over low heat. You can add more or less Heinz Ketchup if you wish, just depends on how you like it. Once this is all mixed together simmer till ready to serve on the Milano Buns.
