Easy Salisbury Steak

This is a great comfort food—you can whip up a simple, delicious Salisbury steak at home in one pan with ground beef, onions, and savory gravy in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can condensed Campbell's French Onion Soup Soup in a can, not a dry mix
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs If you have a favorite brand of breadcrumbs you can use them.
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 pkg brown gravy You can always make your own Garvy if you choose.

Instructions
 

  • First and foremost, put the oven on 350 degrees so once you get ready for the over it will be all preheated.
  • In a large bowl combine together 1 Can of Condensed Campbell's French Onion Soup with the ground beef and ground pork, The breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
  • Shape into oval patties,
  • Bake in the oven in a regular baking pan 350 degrees 40 minutes or until done.
  • Drain off excess fat/grease!
  • Make your gravy according to the directions on the package or make you own whichever you choose.
  • I will also make the mashed potatoes, once again you can make your own or use Idahoan Classic Mashed Potatoes
