Celebration Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Sticks Butter #landolakes
- 2 eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Pure Vanillia
- 1 Cup Sugar
Topping
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Pecans chopped #diamondnuts
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Pure Vanillia
Instructions
- Coffee Cake BatterMix together butter, eggs, sugar. Add sour cream, vanilla, flour, baking soda and baking powder
- Toppng: Mix brown sugar , nuts, sugar and pure vanilla
- Spread 1/2 of the Coffee Cake batter into the pan, cover with 1/2 of the topping and repeat 1 more time
- Bake 9 X 13 pan for 30 minutes at 325 degrees
