This seasoned oyster crackers recipe is an easy party snack made with oyster crackers, ranch seasoning, vegetable oil, garlic, onion, dill, oregano, and optional red pepper flakes. It is crunchy, savory, and hard to stop eating.

Oyster Crackers or “crack”
Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 oz package of ranch dry seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
- 1/2 tsp onion salt or powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 bags oyster crackers, 16 ounces each
- *Optional red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°
- Whisk together oil, ranch seasoning mix and all the spices.In a large bowl, toss together with the oyster crackers
- Spread crackers onto a large baking sheet and put in the oven
- Bake for 15 minutes. Stir and put back in for another 15 minutes
- Allow them to cool and store in a sealed container
